Site Advantages
The Factory is located in the Sanxian Town of Zhongshan City which is around 30 minutes from Macau and 2.5 hours by car from Shenzhen downtown. With the completion of the Zhong-Shen Freeway in mid of 2024, it will only take 45 minutes from Shenzhen International Airport to our Factory in Sanxian Town. It is also very convenient to travel by ferry which takes 1 hour from Hong Kong to Zhuhai and then 45 minutes by car to arrive at Sanxian. Our factory occupies a 3000 sq.m single story in a multi-story industrial building with 3 passenger lifts and 3 cargo lifts.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a professional quality control team, including IQC/IPQC/OQA. They follow the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality policies and procedures to make sure all quality procedures are followed timely. Besides, as an important technical support for quality control, TESTING is considered part of the quality control process.
The Testing Section in QA which performs 100% PCBA testing, 100% In-Circuit-Testing (ICT) as well as 100% Fully Automatic EV Charger Functional and Safety Standards testing is also the key process of Quality Control. After the Burn-In loading test, the EV charger is packed to ship.
Quality Control Procedures
1) Material Testing and Suppliers' Qualification Process. 2) Material Income Quality Inspections. 3) Qualified Material Storage and un-qualified material return corrective report for improvement 4) PCBA Back Solder and 100% visual inspection and 100% ICT testing 5) Passed PCBA will proceed to final assembly and failed PCBA will flow to Repair and re-process (4) and (5) processes. 6) Automatic Full Functional and Safety Testing. 7) Testing report cross-check and verification. 8) Loading Burn-In Test. 9) Failure products will be repaired and re-process for (4-8) procedures. 10) Outgoing Quality Inspection.

We are ISO9001 certified and our productions are harmless and lead-free. We also abide by the law and regulations stipulated by the Environmental Protection Department of the Government. The monthly cashflow plan is done and receipts and payments are well managed. Besides, an annual audit is to be done by an external auditor.

We will offer samples of selected products upon the customer's request. The sample order will be finished in 3-5 days.

Company History and Product Development History
In the Year 2018, our HK parent company Main First Technologies Ltd which is involved in Mobile CCTV Surveillance Systems started to consider adding a New Energy Resources products line for the company. After careful marketing research and customers' advice, we decided to establish the Regital New Energy Resources Technology Ltd.
Since then, we concentrated to develop EV chargers which is a fast-growing market due to the trend in Electric Vehicles. In the last 5 years, we find the market is growing rapidly and we are continuing to develop different EV chargers for Europe and America.
For mid of Year 2023, we are studying the feasibility to develop solar power storage systems.

The First Portable 3.5KW Europe and American Standard in Year 2019
In March 2019, we completed the development of a 3.5KW portable EV Charger. The product passed the TUV certification in May of the same year. Our first EV Charger Self-develop Portable Charger. On September 2019, our first portable 3.5KW EV charger for Americans was completed and introduced to the USA Market Both WIFI/BT and APP for both Portable chargers were introduced in November 2019.

Quality Control Measures
QC and testing equipment are developed in-house. To ensure the products' quality, materials and components as well as workmanship will undergo thorough inspections at each stage of production. All finished products are 100% functional and quality checked before delivery.
Product Inspection and Documentation Policies
Based on ISO9001, we have designated staff responsible for the documentation of all engineer papers, documents, diagrams, technical drawings, SOP, testing reports, etc. All these documents are physically filed and electronically filed on the computer properly.
Product Shipping Terms for Buyers
Buyers are allowed to use their forwarder or we can arrange the forwarder with the best freight cost. Freightage is normally paid by the buyers.
Minimum Order and Delivery Terms
MOQ is normally 200 units for standard products are mixed models orders are also acceptable. For smaller quantities of specific models, less than MOQ will be considered case by case. Delivery time: 5-7 working days for trial order and 15-45 working days for bulk orders depending on the quantity.

Safety Standard of EV Charger
The importance of product safety testing
At the moment, China is the major supplier to provide EV chargers globally. However, the safety quality of the China-made EV chargers does not all follow the strict safety standards. As a result, all international must make sure all EV chargers they bought from China meet the international standards. Responsible China manufacturer will submit their EV charger to reputable Testing Laboratory to confirm the EV chargers can meet the safety standards. However, it is not sure that each manufactured EV charger deviates from the safety standards during manufacturing.
Under this situation, responsible manufacturer will invest and buy the expensive Testing equipment to confirm each EV changer safety standards are met. 2. A Testing report for 61 items safety tests is printed to confirm it is passed so that all end users will use the EV charger in strict safe environment.
For your safety, you need to ask your supplier of the EV charger to provide Testing Laboratory Certifications. Besides, most important is to verify each EV charger that can meet the international safety standards.

The payment processes are:
1. Customers download the Payment Apps and set up the methods of payment such as charging directly to their bank account, or credit card. (support Master Charger and Visa)
2. Through the App, customers select the charging time for their EV cars.
3. Scanning the QR code on the EV charger to start charging, customers can select the payment way at that time. Once the charging is done, and payment is deducted from the pre-set bank accounts or credit cards, a message will then be sent to the phone for records.

Swipe RFID Card Payment
RFID control allows the user to easily start and stop their charging cycle with the simple swipe of a card.

3. Swipe the card to start charging, once the charging is done, and payment is then deducted from the card, customer can check the records from the manager.
